Blink. Rest. Repeat.
A tiny Chrome extension that reminds your eyes to blink and gently squints your screen the longer you stare.
Every few seconds the screen dims for ~120 ms - the rhythm of a real blink (12-20×/min) - cueing your eyelids to close and re-wet your eyes.
Stay active and the eyelids creep in with a soft blur. Step away from the mouse and it gently recovers.

Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
